Stamp Duty not included for Share Transfer
HOW IT WORKS?
1. Documents will be prepared and email for your signatures
2. Original document with wet signatures together with last Audit report and latest management account, with copy of BR Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Association, Latest Annual Return and Company Change Particulars after the last Annual Return are required to send to us
3. The number of sets of Share Transfer Document should be informed to us. We presume 1 set of documents is required
4. The Stamp duty will be calculated. We will arrange to submit the document to the Inland Revenue Department after you have paid the Stamp duty amount to us
5. Once the documents are stamped, we will scan a copy to you
6. We can send the original documents. Additional courier service fee will be applicable, depends on your location
7. Stamp duty fees payable to the Government is not included with the service fee
