Appointment or Resgination of Director (including an alternate director but excluding a reserve director) should be delivered to the Registrar for registration within 15 days after the appointment or cessation
HOW IT WORKS?
1. We will contact you to provide the documents needed
2. Documents will be prepared and email for newly appointed director's signatures
3. After we received the original signed documents, we will arrange to submit documents to the Companies Registry ("CR"). Receipt confirmation will be sent to you
4. After the document is accepted by the CR which is usually a week time, we will send you the filed official documents for your records
