*Mandatory requirement to have address in Hong Kong as Registered Office Address*
HOW IT WORKS?
1. Documents will be prepared and email for your signatures
2. We will arrange to submit documents to the Companies Registry ("CR") and Inland Revenue Department ("IRD"). Receipt confirmation will be sent to you
3. After the document is accepted by the CR which is usually a week time, we will send you the filed copy of document and updated Business Registration Certificate with new address for your records
4. We will receive the company mail from government offices and store for 1 year. We will forward the mail as per your instruction
5. Statutory records is required to keep at the registered address. For this you need to provide the copy of the all the documents submitted to Companies Registry or you can use our service for obtaining the digital copies from Government's records
6. The contract period of this service is one year
7. The amount paid do not include the Business Registration renewal fees paid to the Government which is HKD 150 currently
8. A reminder will be sent to you 1 month before the contract expires. If the contract is not renewed we will stop accepting the mails
9. Kindly note that Registered Office Address service is only for receiving letters from Government Department. Please join our Business Corresponding Address service if you need to receive other letters in our address.
