According to the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Hong Kong incorporated companies are required to perform annual audit for the financial statements by a Practising CPA recognized by HKICPA.
Inland Revenue Department (IRD) also required the Profits Tax Return be submitted along with the Audit report and tax computation.
