Change in Director Particulars

Any change in particulars of the director (including an alternate director but excluding a reserve director) of a company incorporated in Hong Kong should be delivered to the Companies Registry within 15 days after the change.

1. Documents will be prepared and email for your signatures

 

2. We will arrange to submit documents to the Companies Registry ("CR").  Receipt confirmation will be sent to you
 

3. After the document is accepted by the CR which is usually a week time, we will send you the filed Official document for your records
