Annual General Meeting (AGM) Documentation

Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is a statutory requirement where a company’s directors or shareholders will gather in this mandatory yearly meeting to discuss the company’s financial report, business performance or strategy. A Hong Kong company must hold the AGM on a yearly basis. 

1. Documentation of all the important resolutions passed during the Annual General meeting

 

2. Under section 584 of Company Ordinance, a company may hold a general meeting at two or more places using technology that enables the members who are not together at the same place to listen, speak and vote at the meeting, subject to any provision of its articles
