HOW IT WORKS?
1. Documents will be prepared and email for your signatures
2. Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Association, Latest Annual Return and Share Transfer documents after the last Annual Return are required to send to us
3. We will arrange to submit documents to the Companies Registry ("CR"). Receipt confirmation will be sent to you
4. After the document is accepted by the CR which is usually a week time, we will send you the filed official documents for your records
